Welcome to my bakery! Here at Baked by Sam , we believe that every loaf, tart, and pastry carries with it a story of love and dedication. Baking has always been a cherished activity in my home, a passion that was nurtured in the warmth of my kitchen.

During the challenging times of lockdown, I faced an unexpected turn of events when I suffered a stroke. It was a tough period that forced me to leave my job, but it also gave me the opportunity to reflect on my passions and aspirations. With time to heal and rethink my future, I discovered the courage to pursue my lifelong dream of sharing my bakes with the world.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that I would one day turn my beloved hobby into a thriving business. However, life has a way of guiding us down unexpected paths.  I became a sales assistant at Kays Village Bakery, where I was privileged to work alongside a talented baker and learn the intricacies of the trade.

Now, I have been given the exceptional opportunity to take on the bakery in Barnehurst, I’m excited to bring my homemade cakes and pastries to you, each made with the same love and care that filled my family kitchen. Every bite reflects my journey—one that celebrates resilience, creativity, and the joy of baking.
